What you’ll learn

This qualification builds upon students’ existing business management training and empowers them to demonstrate leadership and manage people across a range of industry contexts. Training covers a variety of areas, and includes effective workplace communication, effective workplace relationships, and operational planning.


Students must complete 12 units to achieve this qualification: 4 core units and 8 elective units.
